3) How long does the whole production being worked out?
According the required quantity,We have variety of items in stock .So some items can send in time .Our normal production handling time is about 15-20 days after we confirm the order.
4) How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed bank slip. the samples will be ready for delivery in 2-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5) Is free samples possible ?Is free shipping possible?
If you only need few pieces to check our quality,We glad to provide you sample for free .We don't offer free shipping service. We can have a discount if you buy a large quantity products.
6) How about the OEM service?
Sent us your sample, CAD print or hand sketch, we design and program it on our CAM workstation and view it in real time 3D. Discuss and design the suitable geometry to meet customer's application. After confirm the Mold fee,Send over a image of the tool for final review and approval by customer before manufacture.before mass production,samples will be tested to confirm the quality.
